Stage 2- 2020 (Jan- Dec 2020)

  • Stable colloidal suspensions of two types of polymer coated AuNRs (P-AuNRs) of different aspect ratio obtained using gelatin (AuNRs + g) and Pluronic F127 (AuNRs +F127) as polymeric agents.

  • Optical, morphological and theoretical characterization of different colloidal AuNRs + g and AuNRs + F127.

  • Optically characterized solid glass substrates containing individual P-AuNRs (both AuNRs + g and AuNRs + F127)

  • Report on the intrinsic TPE PL properties of P-AuNRs on solid substrate via TPE FLIM correlated with steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy.

  • Dark-field microscopy images of P-AuNRs on solid substrate showing individual nanoparticles.

  • Solid tissue-mimicking phantoms dopped with different aspect ratio AuNRs + g of various concentrations

  • TPE FLIM images of solid phantoms containing different amount of AuNRs + g of different AR

  • Report on the intrinsic TPE PL and scattering properties of different AR AuNRs + g inside solid phantoms
