Or not. Today, we tested how much electricity could be produced by the wind turbine. We gave it a quick test to see if any energy was produced by putting it in front of a fan we have. After this experiment, we determined that the best (and only) way for electricity production was to have the front turbine facing downwards.
That lead us to our next problem, which was "How do we keep the turbine facing down". As a group, we agreed that a fin could balance the turbine on the descent of the rocket. The fin will be a cone which is placed behind the turbine to make sure the turbine is facing down for maximum electricity production.
