Paper Submission
Paper submissions should be formatted according to the IEEE standard double-column format with a font size 10 pt or larger. Paper must be written in English. Each paper is limited to 8 pages in length, including tables and figures. Each paper must include an abstract, four to eight keywords, and the email address of the corresponding author. Should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will register for the conference and present the work. The manuscript should be submitted to the following URL:
