Your Tech group will help with best way to host your videos. Basically, a video needs to be uploaded to a site that allows you to publish its link.
Your Tech group will provide district information for publishing or embedding video and best way to do that.
Use your existing website, wiki or course delivery systems like Moodle, Sophia.org and many others.

Smaller videos play better when internet connect speed is a consideration.
1280x720p for iPads
320 x 240p for iPods
640 x480p creates a small size file.
Aspect Ratio: (keeping length and width so that picture is in proportion)
Standard: 4:3 (1.33:1)
Widescreen: 16:9 (1.77:1)
