The very inappropriately named manual for the quasi judicial arm of local government, the "Anti-Government Movement Guidebook" is not anti- government unless you transcend the common interpretation of the word. It is a manual which describes in detail several different types of anti-establishment but pro-common law groups or levels of passive resistance that the individual may indulge in. It goes on to instruct the administrative law adjudicator on how to handle each type of individual in order to break their resolve to be a sovereign with all of their rights and responsibilities.
This guide focuses on the ways in which followers of these movements impact the operation of our state court systems.
