Support Scouting
You can help Scouting youth by making a donation to the 11th Kitchener Scouts. Your donation may be for general purposes or for specific program activities.
Donations cannot be made to support specific individuals.
Here are some of the ways your donation could help:
Defray summer camp fees
Assist Scouting youth with payment of Annual Fees
Purchase of Books and Badges
Purchase of activity and camping supplies and equipment
Defray year round camp facility fees
Scouts Canada is a registered charity and can issue a charitable donation receipt.
Make a donation by cheque payable to Scouts Canada and reference on the Re: line Donation to 11th Kitchener Group.
You should have a covering letter that indicates that you are making a donation to the 11th Kitchener Scout Group and whether it is for purposes to be determined by the Group Committee or if it is for some special purpose. We will forward your cheque to the Scouts Canada regional office who will issue the Tax Receipt and will remit to our treasurer the donation funds.
Your donation will help us carry out the Mission of Scouting -
To contribute to the education of young people, through a value system based on the Scout Promise and Law, to help build a better world where people are self-fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in society.
