A “Buddy” is usually an alumni who has been working at company for a while and has a certain degree of knowledge about company culture and orientation needs.

The main objective is to Build Networking skills to seek professional and personal guidance.

In our department we have identified 47 mentors who are willing to join this buddy programme and will be implemented for the first year MCA students of 21-23 batch students.

Each mentor will be allocated with 1 or 2 students according to their domain of interest.

The wards will be monitored by the mentor until his graduation and he also helps him to find the right internship and placement.
