Aims and Objectives
You know what you want to study and you have researched it all on Google. But how do you get to the more juicy academic articles. What are you looking for and where? This page aims to help you access the resources from Qatar National Library (Online) as well as other sources. It also will help you understand what and how to read the articles. Any questions? Contact Mr Lucas or Mr Bradley for extra help - if they do not know the answers they will help direct you to someone or somewhere that does.
Google is all very well but it gives you a lot of sites which do not particularly score high on the old Gant test. Maybe just switching to Google Scholar may help raise the bar here.
The Qatar National Library has a range of resources. You will need to be a member and have your Library number ready for use. I shall aim to produce a video or step by step guide to help you with this... but in the meantime stop by- you can probably work it out for yourself.
Qatar National Library has a wealth of online sources for you to access. My favourite is JSTOR which is indispensable to anyone preparing for their Extended Essay or even their Personal Project.
The Qatar National Library has online resources from music albums to audio books as well as research sites aimed specifically at you lot.
