How is it to be a Chef in a restaurant ? That’s what your children will experiment with this week! Under Nicolas’s supervision, Chef at the restaurant L’Embouchure, they will be the one cooking for the all Holiday camp group. Divided in 2 groups, one group will be in charge of the lunch while the other group will cook the afternoon snack. An opportunity to learn about ingredients, spices, process from seeds to meal.




INFORMATION

The camp will take place from April 2 to 5 in the French 1 class.

We will welcome your children between 8am and 8:45am. Children can be picked up between 3:00 and 6:00 pm.

Most activities will take place at or near the school, as well as at the restaurant l'Embouchure at Esplanade des récréations,26.

For each cooking session, a SISOG teacher will stay with your children.

If the children are in a park, the name of the park will be indicated on the school's main entrance door.


During the week, each child will create a book of recipes. We would like to invite you to send us a recipe from your family or from your country that your child could share with the group. It can be sweet or salty, be part of a national tradition or be your child’s favorite. Is there a connection to a special event or a family story? Let us know !
