There are three different body types Endomorph, Mesomorph, and Mesomorph. I have created three different plans based on body types with an exercise plan, a diet plan, and few a changes that should be made in their lifestyle. All workouts are made to be very easy as anyone should be able to try them, the exercises are also not very dangerous since most of them are simple and do not have a high chance of injury.
