As shining symbol of hope.

Sirius, trade name or corporate brand, is equivalent to the name of the first-class star of "Canis Major" shining in the winter night sky.

I started my business in earnest in that era - unvisible, dark, dark society,  just after leaving at the convenience of the firm,  in the midst of the worldwide financial crisis caused by "Lehman Shock", "lost 10-20 years of Japan", and following tragedic "Great Japan East Earthquake".

I have no job at all, stumbling around then. I really remember that I was starting self-employed consultancy, staying in the office of the president of a boutique consulting firm that I was acquainted with. I extremely feel that  I am continuing my business up to today, having met and been supported by many people, including the entrepreneur from Dentsu and the founding president who initiated the matching agency for freelance management consultants for the first time in Japan. With the meaning of such gratitude, I put Sirius as symbol of hope for everyone.

Trough my business experience, I assume that Japan's powers of economy and industries are weakening nowadays. I have my strong belief and will to help the enterprises recover their business performance and grow further, although  I am still an unfinished and under development, as "management professional". I am earnestly going foreward step by step day after day.
