Siren Elementary School and Siren Middle Schools participate annually in WEMTA Battle of the Books. Students form teams of 4, collaboratively read the current list of 20 books, and compete to showcase their knowledge and understanding of what they have read. To learn more, click HERE
Due to the high volume of students participating, our 4th grade and 5th grade teams have their practice battles separately. Those two winning teams then come together for the final Battle of the Books Showdown. The winner of this battle goes on to compete online against all other Wisconsin schools.
