Project Management in Bite Sizes
This 16-hour training course over the span of four weeks and is designed to help entry-level to senior members who contribute to or provide a specialized skill supporting a project. It will give an overview of the Project Management Processes and knowledge areas.
Course Objective: At the end of this seminar, you will be able identify minimum requirements to identify project management methodologies tailored for your needs.
Additionally, in order to make my course flexible and competitively price, this course will be offered as two eight consecutive classes totally 16 hours on Saturday.
Students earn one PDU per hour of training.
