Danny Punch is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and possesses over 25 years’ experience serving in highly technical positions both within the private industry and the federal government. His career ranges from being a construction manager within the oil industry, where he had oversite for building, and maintaining startup service stations and oil repositories for refined fuels and bulk oil throughout the state of Tennessee and Kentucky. Mr. Punch then moved on to designing large complex electromechanical devices for the Navy’s Trident missile and Tomahawk programs in the state of California. His roles have also included serving as an environmental remediation project manager for the U.S. Department of Energy Superfund sites in Ohio. Subsequently Mr. Punch landed a position with the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) as a technical program manager for the Navy’s Trident and Tomahawk Missile at the Pantex site in Amarillo, TX.
For the last 10 years plus, Mr. Punch has served as the Deputy Manager with the technical authority for the Pressure Systems Program at the Marshal Space Flight Center and as a technical integrator for the Johnson Space Center (JSC) International Space and Commercial Crew Programs in Houston, TX.
Mr. Punch has a degree in Mechanical engineering and a Master of Art in Management.
Ms. Quinine has more than 20 years of experience in organizational leadership, program development, and project management. She established a reputation of exceeding company expectations by driving program growth, enhancing organization performance, while improving funding streams for long term sustainability.
In order to enhance organization performance, she examines existing processes, procedures, and the work environment before developing strategies that improve service quality. She includes team members and stakeholders in the decision-making process to create buy-in. This creates long term partnerships that help organizations achieve their targets.
She is passionate about helping executives in mid and large-scale organizations achieve their goals and go beyond their targets. By combining a flexible management style with strong leadership skills, she brings people together into highly productive, cohesive teams.
Using a flexible approach, Sheronna adapts her leadership style to work with different stakeholders, using strong negotiation skills and business acumen to implement new strategies to ultimately help organizations achieve their highest potential.

Ms. Hines is a Certified Project Management Professional, PMP with over 20 years of experience in program/project planning, cost, and schedule control. She has an enhanced understanding of project management (PM) with her background in both tactical, strategic planning and risk analyses during project initiation, planning and execution phases. Mrs. Hines brings the capability to transfer knowledge within the Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK standard of best practices. She served as an instructor for Houston Community College helping students gain a basic understanding of project management in addition to preparing those with at least three years’ work experience in project management sit to take the PMI’s certification examination. Mrs. Hines is enthusiastic about helping self-employed, small businesses and organizations learn to identify and use the tools that corporations and medium-sized companies employ to manage the costs necessary to increase profit.
Mrs. Hines’ experience is grounded with background implementing a training and development program for the U.S. Department of Energy Ohio Field Office. She served as a program analyst during the execution phase of the National Nuclear Security Administration Environmental Management Program and later went on to provide cost expertise supporting the Space Shuttle and Constellations Programs at the Johnson’s space Center in Houston, TX and has spoken as a speaker at NASA’s annual PM Challenge Conference. Mrs. Hines has a B.S. in Business Services with a minor in accounting and a Masters’ in Environmental Safety and Health Management.
