Mrs. Erpelding – Family & Consumer Sciences

I am excited to be starting my second year of teaching at Sioux Central! I currently teach Child Development I & II, Young Adult Living, 7th Grade Exploratory, and Introduction to FCS.

I earned my Master’s degree from Morningside University and have a passion for helping students build real-world skills that will benefit them throughout their lives. In addition to teaching, I serve as an CO-FCCLA Advisor, where I enjoy guiding students as they grow in leadership, service, and personal development.

Outside of school, I am the proud mom of three sons. My family keeps me busy, and I love bringing those life experiences into the classroom to connect with students in meaningful ways.
