If you are a current student at Sioux Central, please fill out the following form to request your transcript: Transcript Request Form

If you are a previous student that has already graduated, please request your transcript by calling (712) 283-2571, Ext. 5320 or by emailing at kanderson@siouxcentral.org. 

All college classes offered to Sioux Central students are Iowa Central classes. This includes classes offered here at Sioux Central, classes offered off-campus at either Storm Lake High School or the Northwest Career Academy in Laurens, and online classes.

When you take a college class, it is usually 1 high school credit and 3 college credits, with the exception of certain classes. When you are applying for colleges, you will want to request your transcript from Iowa Central. Your college credits taken at Iowa Central will transfer to other colleges around the country.
