Marathi Bhasha Gaurav Din 2022 :
To celebrate the Marathi Bhasha Gaurav Din SKNCOP Library organized Marathi books, exhibition for students and faculty members on Monday 28 Feb. 2022 . The book exhibition was arranged in the Library reading hall and was open from 10 am to 4 pm.
Matrubhasha Diwas :
Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy celebrated the Matrubhasha Diwas on 21st February 2022 and an Essay competition was organized for UG and PG students under National Digital Library India Club.
Total 12 students were participated for the competition and the result was declared on Friday 4, February 2022.
Winners are as follows:

Savitri Mahotsav : An online lecture was organized on 14 Feb. 2022 on "Krantijyoti Savitribai Phule" by Prof. Hari Narke Professor & Head Chair – Mahatma Jyotirao Phule, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune under Board of student development SPPU, Pune and SKNCOP NDLI Club. Total 124 participants were attended the programme including students and staff.
Marathi Bhasha Pandharwada : Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy, Kondhwa celebrated "Marathi Language Conservation Fortnight” from 14th January to 28th 2022 January and various activities were organized by SKNCOP NDLI Club as follows.
1) Marathi Handwriting Competition: 40 (29 NDLI Club members) students were participated from undergraduate and postgraduate departments and result were declared on 28 Jan. 2022.
2) Poetry Writing : 22 students from undergraduate and postgraduate departments participated in this competition.
Library Orientation Programme was held in blended mode*- at Seminar Hall on 05/01/22 during 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm as a part of Student Induction Programme (SIP) 2022 for newly admitted students of First year B. Pharmacy & M. Pharmacy. Total 62 offline and online 7 students were attended the prgramme..
National Energy Conservation Day on 14th December 2021 :
A webinar on “Save Energy, Save Future” was organized by SKNCOP’S NDLI CLUB with collaboration of Institute Innovation Cell on the occasion of National Energy Conservation Day on 14th December 2021. The speaker of the webinar was Dr. Angha Pathak from School of Energy Studies, SPPU, Pune.
During her talk, she gave information on what is the current situation of India regarding use of energy and what will be future demands. She explained how to save energy with daily examples. Further, she gave information regarding renewable energy resource like Solar Engergy, Wind Energy, and atomic energy. She explained how renewable energy resources are important, its advantages and disadvantages. Finally she concluded the session with save the energy for future and use energy efficient product to conserve the energy.
Before the session Mr. S. R. Bachute, gave information regarding SKNCOP NDLI Club.
The webinar was hosted by Ms. Punita Verma executive member of SKNCOP NDLI Club and student of T. Y. B. Pharmacy. About 86 students were present for the webinar. The webinar was coordinated by Mr. S.R. Bachute.
National Pollution Control Day 2nd December 2021 :
SKNCOP’S NDLI CLUB organized its second event of “Poster Competition” on the occasion of National Pollution Control Day at 2nd December 2021 with collaboration of Institute Innovation Cell. Notice was circulated on 24th November 2021 to all students groups on Whatapp.
Third year B. Pharmacy student Mr. Narayan Phad sent his entry for the competition and received his participation Certificate by STES’s Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy NDLI Club on 2nd December 2021.
Reading Inspiration Day ( Vachan Prerana Din) :
SKNCOP Library celebrated Reading Inspiration Day on the occasion of birth anniversary of Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam on 15 Oct. 2021 and book exhibition was organized to the students and faculty members.
VPD2021..MP4NDLI & NDLI CLUB USER ORIENTATION PROGRAMME :
SKNCOP’S NDLI CLUB organized their first event “NDLI & NDLI CLUB User Orientation Programme”on Google meet (https://meet.google.com/tbp-ygcp-myg time 2 pm to 3 pm) on 13th July 2021. In this programme club secretary Mr. S. R. Bachute presented a presentation on Nation Digital Library of India, he explained how NDLI works, how to access the content on it and how it is different from Google. He talked on were to search Pharmacy related content on NDLI.
Also he gives information about NDLI CLUB, how the events were uploaded on NDLI CLUB portal, and club benefits to students and Institution.
Total 145 participants including students and faculty members were presented for the NDLI & NDLI CLUB orientation programme.
Reading Day :
19 June was declared “Reading Day” to commemorate death anniversary of Puthuvayil Narayana Panicker (P.N. Panicker) founder of Kerala Libraries movement. To motivate the students to read, the library organized a “Book Review Competition” on 19th June 2021 and posted a notice on 15 June on all the students what’s App groups. Eleven students from B. Pharm. and M. Pharm. were participated in the competition and sent their book reviews. The results were declared on 29 June 2021,
