  • 9/29 RADON***** Good Evening,

I wanted to send a heads up to you both so you can give clients a heads up when they are scheduling with us that involves Radon Testing. Any orders that have Radon testing on them after Tuesday, some won't be getting results until Monday the 6th. If you could please inform them up front so they know ahead of time and we don't have an angry client later on. I know we all love those phone calls. So they can extend their deadlines!

I am out Friday- Sunday and Sally unexpectedly has to go out of town Wed-Sunday due to a family funeral in Florida.

I will try to send some to Eagle Eye Inspections who does some Radon testing for us when we have overflow. But I know they can't always take all of our orders.

The last day I can get reports out to clients this week would be Thursday which would mean setting the test on Tuesday. I would need to know by Monday evening for this to happen.

Again, I am sending this so you can give your clients as much of a heads up as possible about their deadlines and reports for Radon results. I will get all the orders that are sent to me tomorrow and Tuesday for results by Thursday.

  • 9/23 9/23 Per Mike For all new construction homes, please ensure that the sales representative is contacted before confirming any Radon Testing with the client prior to closing.

Radon Testing may be scheduled at the same time as the home inspection; however, please advise clients that in most cases the test will be performed after closing. Scheduling will be coordinated accordingly to accommodate this process. I have also updated this in info site. Thank you-CT
