We will inspect the interior and exterior condition of the property with all of its components; electrical, structural, HVAC, plumbing, and any safety issues. A report will be generated following the inspection. The report will include photos and will identify any material defects found during the inspection. The homeowner can submit the report to the builder and take any necessary steps to hold the builder and his subcontractor to their warranties before the builder warranty expires

When discussing water samples with the client ask if there are particular tests that their lender requires. The majority of the time we just do the basic bacteria test but occasionally the lender will require lead/nitrates/nitrite also. So, we always advise the client to ask the lender to make sure.
If the inspectors cannot access the roof, they will work it out in-house w/ the clients to do the drone. We do not need to get any additional info about the roof.
The Pool MUST fully functional and not covered in order to inspect
