Construction Site Visit Policy

Approval Requirement: Homebuyers are not permitted to be onsite without prior approval from the builder. If you wish to visit the construction site, please coordinate with your Simpkins Home Builders representative.

Safety Gear Requirement: For your safety, all persons visiting the construction site must wear closed-toe shoes and a hard hat. These safety measures are crucial to protect against potential hazards during the construction process.

Accompanied by Representative: During onsite visits, homebuyers must be accompanied by a Simpkins Home Builders representative. This ensures that you have a knowledgeable guide and enhances the overall safety and experience of your visit.

Restricted Access After Lock Installation: Once locks are installed on the front doors, homebuyers will no longer have access to the construction site until the scheduled "New Homeowner Orientation." This step is essential to maintain the security of the property.

Trespassing Policy: Unauthorized access to the construction site is considered trespassing and is strictly prohibited. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines for everyone's safety and the smooth progression of the construction process.
