PRE-CONSTRUCTION STAGES 

This is the “Behind the Scenes” stage. 

During the pre-construction stage, there are many things that are taken care of to help the build go smoothly. A survey and plot plan are obtained. Meetings with the landscape architect if needed. Once those tasks are completed, permitting can be applied for. The permitting process actually is the longest stage.
