Fenway Health is a local Community Health Center encompassing a variety of specialties, all focused on providing quality healthcare to members of the LGBTQIA+ community in Boston.

Planned Parenthood is a nonprofit clinic focused on providing sexual/reproductive health services to members of marginalized communities, including STI testing and treatment. Appointments and walk-ins are accepted.

The Boston Alliance for Gay (and transgender, bisexual, queer) and Lesbian Youth provides walk-ins and appointments for STI testing, treatment, as well as referrals to LGBTQ-friendly clinics in the area for a variety of needs. These services are available to people up to 24.

Boston GLASS at the Justice Resource Institute offers free, confidential mental health service for LGBTQ+ youth of color in the Greater Boston Area.
