We’re looking for the team members of a customer services team to provide support for our growing practice. Our customers’ success is vital to our business and helping them achieve success is your primary objective.
You’ll have outstanding written and spoken English skills.
You will be someone who enjoys and has experience of working in Customer Services and support roles who will own and manage the success and long-term retention of new and existing customers. It will be your advantage if you’ve worked with ERP, order management or ecommerce software such as:

Responsibilities:
Provide day to day support to customers and work with developers to reproduce and resolve problems.
Prioritise issues and manage through to resolution always ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Coach and guide customers on how to discover and realize the maximum possible value of their investment.
Contribute and advise to ensure continual improvement to support/user training material.
Contribute and advise strategic improvements to software and services provided.

Business Analyst/Software development project manager - Cloud based ERP (Remote)
You will lead and own the process of discovering and delivering solutions to integrate or enhance our ecommerce order management platform.
Working alongside the Customer Services team, you’ll quickly understand the business and technical challenges to either research or work with our engineers to design, estimate and propose solutions to our prospects and customers.
You’ll explain in simple terms the functions and benefits to non-technical customer stakeholders. If your solution is accepted, you’ll work with developers to build, test, document and deploy the solution to meet deadlines and achieve customer satisfaction.
