Flu Season is upon us! Amy Clark (our Clinical Director) put together a comprehensive information sheet for Flu Season to help us all be proactive in preventative care and Tiffany Rubin (our Founder) made a quick video. On 08/15/20, we became aware of an issue with our phone system resulting in all phone calls going to a Verizon number with no ability to leave a voicemail or select another option. After confirming that our actual phone system was working, Allison, Raychael and Tiffany worked closely to figure out a cause and in the meantime, Allison and Raychael took all incoming calls to prevent a delay in service.
On 08/16/20, Allison was made aware by our answering team that a Ransomware attack occurred on their entire system nationwide starting Friday 08/14/20. Due to the nature of the attack and loss of access to client information, they were unable to notify us of the situation. The answering service was functioning again as of the evening of 08/16/20. As the answering team is getting back up and running, there are some delays in answering calls (usually they answer in a few seconds, and it's been a few minutes - we've been calling to check in!).
The system is on track to be fully functioning shortly. We wanted to ensure that if you called in and were unable to get through that you can have full confidence that this is not the normal. Additionally, please reach out to get any questions or issues resolved.
