Unlocking Behaviour Change CIC (UBC CIC) is a Community Interest Company that I co-founded with Professor Susan Michie. It is dedicated to developing the science and practice of behaviour change to improve health, wellbeing and sustainability. This involves creating resources, providing consultancy, supporting publishing activities, and providing training and workshops.

COM-B is a general model of behaviour that I co-created with Professor Susan Michie. It aims to help understand and predict the behaviour of individuals, groups and populations based on their personal capabilities, opportunities and motivations.
