All Silicon Slopes Chapters are listed in the chapters tab of the Silicon Slopes Community platform. Chapters exist to provide community members with opportunities to connect with each other in smaller, more niche settings.
There are two types of chapters: regional and community. Regional chapters host events targeted towards specific geographic areas (Salt Lake City, Vernal, Price, etc.). Community chapters host events targeted towards specific topics and industries (Marketing, Founders, AI, etc.).
Chapter Page Features
Each chapter has its own page. On this page, chapter members can do the following:
About: learn more about the chapter and its leaders
Activity: receive announcements from the chapter chair
Events: view and register for upcoming events
Members: see others who are members of the chapter
Chat: view and contribute to the chapter chat
Manage: manage notifications from the chapter
Join a Chapter
Navigate to the 'Chapters' tab.
Locate and click on the chapter that you'd like to join.
Click 'Join' in the middle of the screen.
