You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@silentcoastasset.com and providing the email address used for the order or the order number.
A refund may also be provided outside that window where required by applicable law.
When a full refund is issued, the associated software license may be deactivated.
Refund processing is handled through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. The time for the refunded amount to appear on your payment method may depend on the payment provider.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.
