Every part of the programme designed to grow participants' skills and abilities in Bible translation:

Praise and worship - with an ethno-arts focus

Bible talks - not just an encouraging exposition of Scripture, but it also included translation tips with references to rhetoric, anthropology, pragmatics and relevance theory

Plenaries on topics relevant to all Bible translators, such as roles of the translation advisor and consultant, learning biblical languages, orality, linguistics, OBT and AI.

Practical workshops on community checking, consultant checking and exegesis

Elective tracks on a range of practical topics that advisors and consultants need every day for their work, such as:

Long lunches and free evening times to allow time for advisors and consultants to network, brainstorm and "talk shop" together.
