The Consultant Development and Management (CD&M) Team works in collaboration with colleagues in SIL and other agencies to support effective consultant development and management for development, education and engagement with Scripture. They provide a centralized focus on consultant development and the management of consultant capacity. The key functions are:
Review the approaches and initiatives being used for consultant development and management within SIL and partner agencies
Disseminate learning about consultant development and management initiatives among the practitioner community
Assist in the design of consultant development and management initiatives, as requested by SIL Areas and/or partners
