The Consultant Development and Management (CD&M) Team works in collaboration with colleagues in SIL and other agencies to support effective consultant development and management for professional growth, education and engagement with Scripture. They provide a centralized focus on consultant development and the management of consultant capacity. The key functions are:
Tracking - review the approaches and initiatives being used for consultant development and management within SIL and partner agencies
Learning - disseminate learning about consultant development and management initiatives among the practitioner community
Creating - assist in the design of consultant development and management initiatives, as requested by SIL Areas and/or partners
