Procedure for Registration and Submission of Abstract/Proceeding

• Step 1: Please register by providing information by clicking the "Click to Register Now" button below.

• Step 2: Submission of Abstract to be included in the book of abstracts by using the provided template, at "Click to submit "Abstract" button.

• Step 3: Make a registration payment and submission of the payment documents by clicking "Payment Documents Submission"

• Step 4: Submission of Proceeding by using the provided template, at "Click to submit "Proceeding" button.

JOURNAL / E-PROCEEDING SUBMISSION GUIDELINE

All participants may choose to submit a manuscript to the following journals or E-Proceedings of ASEPFPM7. For submission to journals, please follow the author's instructions on the journal website. Use the manuscript template (if available) provided on the journal website or prepare the manuscript according to the manuscript preparation instructions of the journal. The manuscripts will be preliminary reviewed by the Academic Committee of the ASEPFPM7 conference. The authors of the pre-selected manuscripts will be notified by email regarding further submission process. All submitted manuscripts will be thoroughly refereed through a peer-review process. 

ABSTRACT / PROCEEDING SUBMISSION GUIDELINE

• Please only use the provided abstract template for your submission.

• The abstract must be written in English and must not exceed one A4 page, including figures and references (if any). 

• Abstracts can be submitted either for oral or poster presentation. Please check the corresponding box on the verify abstract submission page. Please note that, after being reviewed, the abstract submitted for oral presentation may be re-assigned as a poster presentation due to the limited availability of the time slot.

• The abstract must only be submitted online via the conference website.

• Accepted abstracts will be available in “Book of Abstracts” .

HOW TO SUBMIT ABSTRACT / PROCEEDING

• Download the abstract template (MS.Word file)

• Fill in the blanks for the title, authors, affiliation, and content for your abstract, which may be copied from your MS. Word or any other typesetting file.

• Click “Abstract / Proceeding Submission” and type the abstract title, browse the abstract/proceeding file to upload, choose the type of presentation, and then click “Upload Abstract  /  Upload Proceeding.”

• Verify your abstract/proceeding.

Note:

• Users can submit only ONE abstract under ONE account, and ONE registration fee covers a maximum of ONE presentation (oral or poster)

• Each registrant can submit only ONE manuscript for publication consideration submission at the conference.
