The Cultural Transformation Initiative (CTI) is a holistic and sustained capacity building effort that provides dedicated support to chapter volunteer leaders and staff.  Customized to specific chapter needs, CTI provides guidance and resources that will help to center equity and inclusion in chapter culture and practices.  This transformation is grounded in organizational change best practices with an intersectional approach to centering racial justice.
