An adjective is a word that describes a noun. In Spanish, adjectives have different endings depending on whether the word they are describing is masculine, feminine, singular or plural. You will most likely see only the masculine form of adjectives in dictionaries.
If a masculine adjective ends in -o, change that -o for an -a to make it feminine.

Remember. When you find a verb on a list, or in a dictionary, it is in the infinitive form, which roughly translates as 'to XXX' e.g. to play, to sing. You must change the ending to reflect who is doing the action and when.
