The SIC Academic Library staff decided to administer a user satisfaction survey at service points following transactions for its 2023-2024 project. The SIC Academic Library has been conducting an evaluation of its service points, including their location and staffing. The staff hoped that this would help the library's future development. Furthermore, the objectives of the study was to find out whether the students are satisfied with the library resources and services, and also the libraries aimed to assess the usefulness of providing user feedback and suggestions at prominent points throughout the library on an ongoing basis. The existing methods for users to provide comments and suggestions have not been widely used in the past, this project was viewed as a pilot that could be expanded in the future as a method of gathering ongoing user feedback.
