It is important to know whether it is a Day 1 or Day 2.  

A sign will be hanging in the window of the Main Office and it will be announced every morning.

We WILL be using the locker rooms for the 2023-24 school year.

NOTE: NO DRESSES, JEANS, SKIRTS or REVEALING CLOTHING and
SNEAKERS ARE REQUIRED 

Be prepared to go outside weather permitting.

This is a physical class and the expectation is to move your body in a safe and controlled manner while having fun!
