For children to become successful readers, they need regular and clear instruction in key areas such as phonological awareness (the ability to recognize and work with sounds in spoken language), and phonics (the relationship between letters and sounds).

• Vocabulary & Comprehension

myView uses a five-day schedule for teaching vocabulary and comprehension. By following this routine, we explore high-quality literature. This approach enables children to make deeper and more meaningful learning connections, enhancing their understanding and retention of the material.

Small group instruction helps me tailor my teaching to the individual needs of my students, reinforcing the skills they've learned during whole group lessons.
