Please provide a pick up note every time your child is being picked up from school. It is necessary to put in writing the name of your child, the teacher's name, the date and time of pick up, and the person who will be doing the pick up. Please also include a contact number for that individual.

Important: If you need to pick up your child last minute, please call the main office to let them know.
