A group or individual introductory session is the first step to learning how to use the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System. You will be introduced to the basic principles and use of the system and will have the opportunity to ask questions. If it is the intention for the client/couple to use the system, it is at this point that you will purchase your materials and schedule your first follow-up session.

Upon completion of the introductory session, clients/couples will continue to attend a series of private follow-up sessions, typically consisting of 8 follow-ups within a 12 month period. It is during these follow-ups that you will gain confidence in using the system. Although the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System is standardized, it is crucial that you complete the 8 individual follow-ups to receive complete instruction of the system, as it is tailored to your specific needs.

Education Schedule

• 0 weeks - Introductory Session

• 2 weeks - 1st Follow Up

• 4 weeks - 2nd Follow Up

• 6 weeks - 3rd Follow Up

• 8 weeks - 4th Follow Up

• 3 months - 5th Follow Up

• 6 months - 6th Follow Up

• 9 months - 7th Follow Up

• 12 months - 8th Follow Up

Additional follow-ups may be required if the client/couple experiences a change in their chart, or requests further instruction (Continuous mucus cycles, pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc.)

• $50 - Material Fee: Includes user booklet, picture dictionary, as well as charts, stamps and supplies needed for 1 year of use

• $65 - per follow up session (90 min max)

• $25 - chart review (30 min)

• Unlimited calls, emails or texts with your practitioner. Questions will be answered within 24 hours.

• $15 for future materials (1 year’s worth) for those who have completed their education
