This year we started Cross-age Crews (CAC) made up of K-5 through sixth grade students. Each CAC leader has 10-12 students in his/her crew. This is the first day in the cafe where we all gathered to break up into our CAC.
The first CAC crew's target was to learn our crew members first names. This is the snowball name initiative.
