Math 5

For Math this week, we are revisiting addition and adding one digit numbers (0-9).

You might like to start the day, by counting using the number chart below.
Can you count by 2's, 5's, 10's? Do you notice a pattern? Can you Can forward from 44 to 95 and then backwards from 95-44?

Practice saying addition sentences and making them with your toys and writing them down. You could say "2 cars plus 3 cars makes 5 cars altogether." and writing 2 + 3 = 5.
