Free Emotional Support Through EFT
The Free EFT Clinic offers free, one-on-one 30-minute EFT sessions to help those affected by trauma find relief, reduce stress, and begin healing. Hereβs how to get started:
π Click the "Book Your Session" Page - Find a volunteer you connect with.
π Schedule Your Time - Click the scheduling link under your chosen volunteer's picture.
π Receive Confirmation - You'll get an email with your link and session details.
β If you do not have access to the internet or a computer, no problem! You can still receive your session by phone or through FaceTime, and you will need to schedule with a volunteer first to begin this process.

This 30-minute EFT session is not a replacement for medical care, psychiatric support, or professional mental health treatment. Your EFT facilitator will teach you the tools of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to help support and regulate your nervous system during this crisis. The intention of this session is to empower you with a self-regulation tool that you can use at any time as you navigate these challenging circumstances.
