Quick & Easy Guide
💻 On a computer: Go to your email account, open the email, and click the link that was sent to you by your practitioner.
📱 On a phone/tablet: Open your email app and follow the directions above.
🔸 You may enter a waiting room - this is a security step.
🔸 Your EFT practitioner or an admin will admit you into the session.
🔹 Enable your microphone (required for the session).
🔹 Camera is optional—you can turn it off if you prefer.
🔹 Test your audio & video before joining.
💛 Once admitted, your practitioner will guide you through the EFT process.
💛 Feel free to ask questions & share as much or as little as you wish.
🔹 Click "Leave Call" when your session is over.
🔹 Your practitioner may also end the meeting for you.
❌ Can’t find your email? → Check your Spam or Junk folder.
❌ Joining issues? → Refresh your browser, restart the app, or try another browser: Chrome, Safari, etc.
❌ Audio/video not working? → Use the chat feature on the video platform to communicate with your practitioner.
