The Shenendehowa High School Staff of the Month Award is given to a faculty, staff support, cafeteria or custodial member that has helped facilitate the Shen Pride initiative by recognizing positive student behaviors and/or has been nominated by their fellow peers.  Each month up to two people are chosen from High School West and/or East.
