Bobby Karl 

Bobby is a Clifton Park Native, graduating from Shenendehowa in 2005. Bobby played on the varsity lacrosse team for 3 years where he won 2 sectional championships and 2 regional championships. Bobby went on to play Division I lacrosse at Sacred Heart University, where he graduated with a psychology degree in 2010. After graduating, Bobby spent 4 years as the boys varsity lacrosse assistant at Shaker High School and 6 years here at Shen as the boys varsity lacrosse assistant. 2021 was Bobby’s first year as the head lacrosse coach for the girls varsity team where they won their first Section 2 championship. Bobby also coaches Boys varsity hockey for Shenendehowa in the winter. 

Bobby is currently a Physical Education teacher at the Gowana Middle School and resides in Ballston Lake with his wife, Michelle and children, Collin and Kinsley. 

Meghan Pendergast

Meghan is entering her second season as an Assistant Coach for the Shen Girls Varsity Lacrosse program. During the 2022 season she help guide the Plainsman to their first ever sectional title.

Meghan is a Shen Alumni and was a member of the Shen girls varsity lacrosse team, graduating in 2016. Following high school career she played Division I lacrosse at Wagner College winning 2 NEC Championships.

In addition to her playing career Meghan served as a club coach for a pair of teams in the capital region and New York City area. Now she holds a leadership and coaching role for ADK Peak lacrosse club.

Carlin DeMarinis

Carlin graduated from Saratoga Springs High School in 2005.  She went on to receive her Physical Education degree from Sage College in 2010 where she also played 2 years of college basketball.  She also holds a Masters in Sport Administration from Canisius College.  Coach D started coaching basketball and lacrosse right out of college and got her start as the JV girls lacrosse coach at Saratoga Springs HS from 2011-2013.  

Prior to arriving at Shenendehowa, she spent 7 years teaching Physical Education in Cobleskill-Richmondville (2013-2020) where she was also the Girls Varsity Basketball coach. 

Carlin is now in her second year at Shen teaching Physical Education at High school east. She was our girls modified 7th grade lacrosse coach last year and is in her first year as varsity assistant with the program

Scott Louis 

Scott is a Clifton Park native and a 1998 Shenendehowa graduate. He is a 2003 SUNY Cortland graduate where he played ice hockey & was Captain of the team his senior year. Scott has taught Physical Education for the Shenendehowa CSD for the past 19 years. He has coached Shen Varsity Boys Ice Hockey as their assistant coach for 19 years, Shen Varsity Boys Volleyball head coach for 7 years & continues to coach Shen JV boys Golf for the past 10 years. Scott has also coached the Shen Rec Girls Lacrosse program for over 5 years. In Scott’s free time, he enjoys watching his kids play sports, spending time with his yellow Lab, Millie & playing golf. Scott resides in Ballston Lake with his wife, Holly & children, Kyle & Brynn.

Amber Renaldi

A Social Studies Teacher of 17 years teaching US History and Advanced Placement US History at the High School.  Amber has coached basketball, modified Girls Field Hockey and is currently one of the modified lacrosse coaches. In Ambers spare time she likes to kayak and read.  I love to travel and was recently in Scotland, Ireland and Britain!
