Shen Girls & Boys XC and Track & Field Booster Club 2026 Membership
The Shen Girls and Boys XC and Track & Field Booster Club is a non-profit organization formed to benefit the athletes on the Cross Country, Indoor & Outdoor Track & Field teams.
The Booster Club plays a crucial role in providing financial and volunteer support, creating a positive and enriching experience for the athletes, fostering a sense of unity among team members, and promoting the overall growth of the programs.
The support provided by the booster club comes in many forms:
★ Volunteer assistance at home meets, Veterans’ Day Dash race (Fall), Shen Invy (Spring).
★ Sponsorship of banquets & awards that recognize the achievements of these athletes each season, including special recognition for seniors.
★ Financial assistance to offset the costs of travel expenses and lodging for away meets for participating athletes (approx. 50% subsidy).
★ Shen Track & Field swag for all members (stickers and magnets).
★ 2026 season gift - long sleeve shirt.
★ Additional equipment for athletes and programs, not otherwise provided by the school.
★ Stipends for additional coaches (as necessary) to support a smaller coach to athlete ratio.
★ Communication and support tools for coaches, athletes and parents.
Funds raised through the booster club come from:
★ Booster membership fees..
★ Veteran’s Day Dash 5K Event(Fall) and Shen Invy (Spring).
★ Home meet concession donations/sales (Spring).
★ Other smaller fundraisers are organized throughout each season (typically 1 fundraiser per season).
We ask every family to join the Booster Club. Financial assistance is available if needed, please see Coach Rob Cloutier or Coach Burlingame as soon as possible, but no later than March 17, 2026.

DUE by Wednesday 11/26/2025 to receive FREE TEAM SHIRT - after which you will receive a code and need to place your order for your shirt through our Wicked Smart store front. There are hard deadlines for this. Link will be coming. (those paying after this date may not receive full advantage of benefits listed above as some items are time sensitive)
Booster Club Meetings
Booster Club meetings are open to all athletes and parents, and we encourage all to attend. We are always looking for fresh perspectives and new ideas as we continue to grow our club and work to enhance the experiences and recognition of our athletes. Meeting dates and times to be communicated when meeting dates are set.

Concession Coordinators: Urgent Need - Seeking new coordinators for Spring Outdoor Track concession stand and sales (representative from both boys and girls team). Planning takes place over the winter season. Jordana Muldoon is the boys representative and needs a parent assistant from the Girls Team.
Social Media Coordinators: For the 2026 season we would like to develop a Booster Club Instagram page to highlight our athletes, events, team accomplishments and spotlight seniors. We are looking for a representative from both the boys and girls team to organize this effort. Perhaps even high school students to help assist. We would love to have student athletes run these pages. There were some Instagram sites formed during the Indoor season which proved to be awesome!
Photographers: We continue to ask parents who are able to capture great photos or videos to share with families on our Team Snap App Parent site. We will use these photos for the banquets, senior recognition and on our social media sites.
