Our heart can feel many different emotions on the same day. Make sure to take time everyday to ask yourself, "What is my heart feeling?" If you are feeling sad or lonely, how can you make your heart feel happy and excited inside or what can you do to put happiness in someone else's heart? What strategies to you use to help yourself and others?
