Golden Eagle Ceremony

At the Golden Eagle Ceremony,  Honor Graduates receive their academic achievement medal in recognition of their outstanding accomplishments.  

In addition, Honor Graduates are asked to select one Calera teacher/employee to honor at the Golden Eagle ceremony.  (They should not tell this teacher prior to the Golden Eagle banquet.)

Each grade-level class will also vote for one core and one elective teacher that they feel has been most impactful to them.  

A student advocate Golden Eagle will also be chosen. 

Students will be notified of their status (Valedictorian, Salutatorian, honors) after Christmas.  Parents and family members of Honor Graduates are allowed to attend the banquet for a minimal cost.

The Golden Eagle Ceremony is set for TBA March 2025.
