Frequently Asked Questions -

- What will we need to complete enrollment? - birth certificate, immunizations, credit card ($50 registration fee), and 3 proofs of residency (license, rental agreement, phone bill, water bill, etc.)
- Do we have to enter a credit card at the end of the application? - Yes. Families will have a $50 registration fee to apply. You will need to enter a credit card to apply. Your card will not be charged until you are accepted into the program. This is a one-time fee.
- When will my student be accepted? - A student will be accepted upon submission of all required documents and confirmation of availability in the selected program.
- How do we know when we have been accepted? - Families will receive an email from Brightwheel letting you know your student has been accepted.
- What if my child turns 3 years old after August 1, 2026? - We do enroll students throughout the school year once they turn three years old depending on availability. Please contact our office to discuss options.

Tuition and Enrollment Questions

Can I start mid-year? Yes, but please keep in mind that our tuition is billed one month in advance. For mid-year enrollments, we are happy to offer a flexible two-month grace period to help your family transition into the regular payment schedule.

What if we need to unenroll mid-year? A 30-day written notice of unenrollment is required for tuition reimbursement, unless the family has an unexpected circumstance such as severe illness/death, or military deployment.

Can I change programs mid-year? Yes, depending on availability. Your tuition will be adjusted to meet the new program’s fees.

What if my payment gets declined? If it’s a check, then the family has to pay the bank fee in addition to the tuition cost. If your online fee is declined, you will be notified and will need to submit a new form of payment (cc, cash, or check).
