The Teacher:
My name is Mrs. Hough (pronounced "how") and I have been teaching in Shelby for 20 years. I have taught 6th grade, 3rd grade, and 2nd grade in the past. Now I am teaching 6th, 7th and 8th grade Language Arts. I also teach Drivers Ed, the one class that students really want to pass!
Teaching is my second career, I was in the US Navy for 20 years before earning my masters degree from Old Dominion University. I believe in being safe, hard work, having fun, and learning above all else. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me and I will be happy to discuss them with you.
