We are qualified project managers and can call upon a vast arsenal of processes, however, we understand that each set of investigators and projects are unique, requiring varied support approach, with demands that change over time as the project progresses. We aim to work with you to manage the things important to your project and find a balance between the needs of the project team and funder to provide the right amount of support. Not too informal (nothing gets done!) or too formal (onerous ball-and-chain meetings and long winded reporting).

Once you've received your award letter, the project set up process kicks in. At this stage the funder may contact you with further questions and changes to the project plan, Gantt and milestone success criteria. All contracts with external collaborators or sub-contractors will need to be set up in this period as well.
